1- INTRODUCTION - WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE

Hi, my name is Carlos, I am Portuguese and I have been living in London since 1992.

I also speak English, Spanish and French.

As an Approved Driving Instructor, I will teach you how to drive with a new manual car,

with dual controls, and achieve the driving standard required to Pass your Driving Test

as well as becoming a Safe Driver for Life.

I have prepared for you some very useful links to video clips and information related to your

Theory and Driving test.

As part of your training, when you are close to your test date You will undergo some

mock tests.

3- MY PRICES

- Introductory offer: First 2 hours £20

- Student card holders (card must show current academic year) :£16 ph Pay-as-you-go

- Job seekers ( job center card required)

- All others :£18 ph Pay-as-you-go

- If you have a driving licence (UK or EC)

and want some refresher lessons the price is : £18 ph Pay-as-you-go

Introductory offer does not apply.

- All lessons with me last for 2 hours

- Pass Plus. 6 hours course, : £120

When to expect your licence

DVLA aims to deliver your driving licence to you within three weeks of receiving your application.

2- First 2 hours (1 lesson) £20

- You will need to show me the 2 parts of your

Provisional or Full Driving Licence in order to

drive.

- If you hold a non-UK Licence i will have to see it.

- The first 2 hours:

- If you are a beginner you will learn about the

cockpit drill, car controls, the use of the mirrors,

signals(45 minutes briefing), how to move of and

stop on the left safely, turn left and right.

- If you are a more advanced driver the 2 hours

will give me the chance to make an assessment

of your driving skills and resume the

requirements for your driving test.

Those 2 hours will also enable us to get

acquainted and discuss future lessons.

* If you are preparing for your theory test you

will be offered an Highway Code (on request)

once you start your Driving Lessons.

* When you pass your Driving Test you will be

offered a "stick-on,blind spot mirror"and a pair

of "P"plates as well as some discount vouchers

that you can use,for a limited period only, when

buying parts or accessories for your vehicle.

Hi Carlos, its Matthew from Enfield. I just got my license threw the post and even though I know u don’t need it I thought I come on your website to tell everybody, how great of an instructor you are and all the reasons they should book with you:

Through a number of different circumstances, I happened to have lessons with 4 other instructors , I stuck with Carlos as he is the most genuine and honest instructor you’ll ever meet!!!
Other than the lessons being cheaper in comparison, he was never forthright in charging me.Therefore each lesson I had I came away feeling like it was Way Worth the money, and most importantly, I had improved and learnt something.

Where I felt like the other money grabbing instructors really didn’t give a S#!T about my progress and I was booking way more lessons than I needed, thus ultimately wasting my time and money Just to pay their exorbitant wage.
Carlos was on point, we didn’t book to many lessons just the right amount, and we got down to the test centre promptly!
Carlos was constantly challenging me and was passionate about me getting it right whenever I made a mistake and though at times he was slightly strict, Now that I’ve passed I see that everything he did had a strong reason, because I now feel extremely confident and safe as a driver!

Further more, this guy is funny! If I wasn’t doing the maneuvers, conquering roundabouts lol or Zooming down dual carriageways (at the nation speed limit of course lol!), I was laughing my head off! Carlos has a serious sense of humor so the 2hours lessons never got boring!

In case you hadn't figured this is Nick from Camden - who you got to finally pass in Borehamwood last week.
